The region is rich in agriculture, but also in growing the finest grapes. If the sparkling wine is not made from this area, it cannot be called Champagne.

It was originally created by a monk that improved the winemaking techniques, which also explain its fame.

Famous one with its bright orange label. Actually no, it is not orange, but cliquot the color. Really fresh champagne, enjoyable when the sun strikes. Cheese appetizers would be the perfect association with it. Its taste stay for a long time in the mouth. Also available worldwide, it is frequently used for great occasions.
2.3. Laurent Perrier
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not the most popular. But really a great champagne here has been made. Well balanced champagne that allow you to enjoy it with savory food or event desserts. It is made from three different champagne and quite rare to be found worldwide. Quite sour but low in sugar it has this complexity in its taste that seduced more than one.
2.4. Perrier Jouët
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not the most popular one, but it is also a well know champagne where it comes from. It is appreciated for its strong and intense taste. Some people even associate its taste with vanilla. It makes great marriage with sugary dessert. The bottle is recognizable due to its flowers, characteristics of "belle époque" which correspond to the 20s.

This is the new Champagne of the House Mumm. really like this one. The price is quite affordable. It was first tested in the foreign market because It is well known that people from France are picky about wine. But now that it has been a success, it is also available on the French market. Its fruity and flory taste makes it delicious while served with appetizers.

My favorite Champagne! It is easy to appreciate with its thin bubbles. Not too strong in alcohol, not too sugary; I found it perfect whatever it accompanies.
